About the Founder
Jessica Collette helps people find their direction in times of personal, professional, or organizational change.
Over her 20+ year career, she's collaborated with boards, executive teams, and community partners to design systems that balance financial discipline with culture-driven leadership. Her approach blends strategic foresight, operational excellence, and smart use of technology, with care for people at the center.
She created Float Above Ventures as a platform for new ideas, stories, and projects that empower people to thrive in transition and find comfort in community.
Jessica is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® and received her bachelor's from Michigan State University and her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
